FASN-IN-4 is a potent inhibitor of fatty acid synthase (FASN) with an IC50 of 10 nM (WO2012064642A1, compound 29) [1]. FASN-IN-4 also inhibits SARS-CoV-2 with an EC50 of 18.6 nM[2].
