Indirect immunostaining of PFA immersion fixed mouse brain (embryonic E18) section with rat anti-Collagen type IV antibody (cat. no. 462 017, dilution 1 : 500, green) and rabbit anti-Neuron-glial antigen2 antibody (cat. no. 481 003, dilution 1 : 500, red) . Nuclei have been visualized by DAPI staining (blue) . Antigen retrieval (10mM citrate, pH 6.0, overnight at 60°C) has been applied before staining.
