YVAD-CHO
YVAD-CHO is an interleukin-1β converting enzyme (ICE, caspase 1) inhibitor (Ki: 0.76 nM) . YVAD-CHO inhibits mature IL-1β production. YVAD-CHO partially delays motoneurone death in lesioned facial nerve mice[1][2].
