Activation of members of the mitogen-activated protein kinase family is a major mechanism for transduction of extracellular signals. Stress-activated protein kinases are one subclass of MAP kinases. The protein encoded by MAPK12 (Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase 12) functions as a signal transducer during differentiation of myoblasts to myotubes. MAPK12 is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with MAPK12 include Breast Cancer. Among its related pathways are Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) and 4-1BB Pathway.

Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:500-2000; ELISA 1:5000-20000
