T2AA (hydrochloride)
T2AA hydrochloride is a non-peptide small molecule PCNA inhibitor T2 amino alcohol (T2AA) that lacks thyroid hormone activity. T2AA hydrochloride inhibits the interaction of PCNA/PIP-box peptide (IC50=~1 μM) and the interaction of PCNA with full-length p21 protein[1].
