Among its related pathways are Transport to the Golgi and subsequent modification and Surfactant metabolism. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include G-protein coupled receptor activity and transmembrane signaling receptor activity. An important paralog of this gene is ADGRG7.
