Emirodatamab
Emirodatamab (AMG-427) is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD3/FLT3. As a bispecific T-cell engager antibody, Emirodatamab consists of two single-chain variable fragments: one directed against the tumor-associated antigen FLT3, and the other against the CD3 antigen expressed on the surface of T lymphocytes.
