Idrocilamide
Idrocilamide (LCB29) exhibits a muscle relaxing effect, that inhibits muscle twitch, tetanic tension, K+-induced as well as voltage clamp-induced contraction of rat soleus muscle fibers. Idrocilamide is also a caffeine antagonist, inhibiting the breakdown and biotransformation of caffeine[1][2].
