FtsZ-IN-11 (compound B6) is a FtsZ inhibitor with the IC50 of 235 μM against XooFtsZ. FtsZ-IN-11 can interact with XooFtsZ and inhibit its GTPase activity, leading to bacterial cell elongation and even death[1].
