SW2_110A
SW2_110A is a selective chromobox 8 chromodomain (CBX8 ChD) inhibitor with a Kd of 800 nM. SW2_110A shows minimal 5-fold selectivity for CBX8 ChD over all other CBX paralogs in vitro[1]. SW2_110A is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
