CAY10603

CAY10603 is a selective inhibitor of Histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6). The IC₅₀ for inhibition of HDAC6 is 2 pM, in vitro. CAY10603 inhibited growth of various pancreatic cell lines with IC₅₀ values ranging from 0.1 μM to 1 μM. It induced apoptosis and inhibited the proliferation of lung adenocarcinoma cells.
