Erdafitinib

Erdafitinib is a potent and selective orally bioavailable, pan fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) inhibitor with potential antineoplastic activity. It inhibits FGFR1/2/3/4 with IC₅₀s of 1.2, 2.5, 3.0 and 5.7 nM, respectively.
