KL001

KL001 is a cryptochrome protein (CRY) stabilizer. It blocks ubiquitin-dependent degradation of CRY, resulting in lengthening of the circadian period. Represses glucagon-induced hepatic gluconeogenesis through the induction of Pck1 and G6pc expression.
