Silvestrol
Silvestrol is a natural product isolated from the fruits and twigs of Aglaia foveolata. Acts as a eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4A (eIF4A) inhibitor. Also displays broad-spectrum antiviral activity in infected primary cells by inhibiting eIF4A-dependent viral mRNA translation.
