ORIC-533 is an orally active, selective CD73 inhibitor with AMP-competition. ORIC-533 restores immunosuppressed CD8+ T cell proliferation and activation, triggers significant lysis and cell death of multiple myeloma cells in the bone marrow microenvironment[1].
