2.8mm diameter steel beads are suitable for homogenization of tough, hard samples, muscle, plant materials, seeds and dried samples. Beads are alcohol washed and heat treated to remove contaminants and render them nuclease and protease free. Can be used with any bead homogenizer. 1000 beads per pack.
