NovoStart® SYBR High-Sensitivity qPCR SuperMix

This product is a special reagent for Real Time PCR using SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method. DNA polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTPs, SYBR Green I and other reagents have been premixed together in the premix solution, which is a 2x master mix.This product uses the HotStart Taq DNA polymerase modified by the new Taq-antibody, effectively inhibit the non-specific amplification at low temperature, improve the reaction specificity and amplification efficiency, and can be accurately quantified in a wider range.
