AT9283 (hydrochloride)
AT9283 hydrochloride is a multi-targeted kinase inhibitor with anti-tumor activity. AT9283 hydrochloride has been found to effectively inhibit Aurora A and Aurora B kinases, thereby affecting cell proliferation and survival. AT9283 hydrochloride can also inhibit several other kinases, including JAK2 and Abl (T315I) [1].
