PF-DcpSi is a mRNA decapping scavenger enzyme (DcpS) inhibitor (IC50: 0.11 nM) . PF-DcpSi (30 mg/kg, i.p.) ameliorates the disease phenotype in a mice model of spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) [1].
