SJ26 is a Wnt1 inhibitor with anticancer activity. SJ26 inhibits the expression of Wnt1 and Wnt1-mediated downstream signaling pathways in a G-quadruplex structure-dependent manner to suppress the migration activity of cancer cells[1].
