Povetacicept (ALPN-303), an Fc fusion protein of an engineered TACI domain, is a dual APRIL/BAFF antagonist. Povetacicept modulates B lymphocytes and pathogenic autoantibodies for the study of Lupus and other B cell-related autoimmune diseases[1][2].
