BACH2, Human (sf9, His, StrepII)
BACH2 is a multifunctional transcriptional regulator that acts as both a repressor and an activator and recognizes Maf recognition elements (MAREs) to coordinate the transcriptional regulation of MAFKs. During oxidative stress, BACH2 induces apoptosis by inhibiting HMOX1. BACH2 Protein, Human (sf9, His, Strep) is the recombinant human-derived BACH2 protein, expressed by sf9 insect cells , with N-Strep, N-8*His labeled tag.
