Sucunamostat (hydrochloride)
Sucunamostat (SCO-792) hydrochloride is an orally active and reversible enteropeptidase inhibitor with IC50s of 4.6 nM and 5.4 nM for rat enteropeptidase and human enteropeptidase, respectively. Sucunamostat hydrochloride can slowly dissociate from enteropeptidase in vitro and inhibit protein digestion in vivo[1].
