KDM4C-IN-1 (Compound 4d) is a potent KDM4C inhibitor with an IC50 of 8 nM. KDM4C-IN-1 inhibits the growth of HepG2 and A549 cells with IC50s of 0.8 µM and 1.1 µM, respectively[1].
