Recombinant RSV (strain 18537) Fusion glycoprotein F0 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln26-Leu513 is expressed with a 6His tag at C-terminus.Some mutations are introduced to stabilize the trimeric post-fusion state of RSV Fusion glycoprotein.
