JOSD1, Human (GST)

The JOSD1 protein is a versatile player in ubiquitin dynamics and exhibits deubiquitinase activity by cleaving monoubiquitinated probes in vitro. When ubiquitinated, JOSD1 can cleave “Lys-63”-linked and “Lys-48”-linked polyubiquitin chains in vitro, suggesting its potential for deubiquitination.
