ABI BetterBuffer BigDye‚Ñ¢ dilution buffer, 25 mLs

Now you can dilute BigDye™ 5:1 for diterminator sequencing! BetterBuffer enhances binding of primers and increases polymerase performance, especially with GC rich templates. This dilution / enhancement buffer is optimized for use with BigDye™ Terminator Cycle Sequencing with the 3100, 3130, 3500, 3730. Mix 5 ul of BetterBuffer with 1 ul of BigDye™ Terminator mix. Add DNA and primers to a final volume of 15 ul. BetterBuffer: 10 x 0.3 mL tubes. Store at -20º C.; Packaged in 1 x 25ml bottle.
