Recombinant Human Flt-3 Ligand

Flt-3 Ligand (FLT3L or FLT-3L) is a ligand of class III tyrosine kinase receptor (Flt3) that is mainly expressed on hematopoietic stem cells/progenitor cells. Flt-3 Ligand is related to early hematopoietic regulation. When used in combination with cytokines such as IL-3, IL-6, and SCF, Flt-3 Ligand can exhibit a strong proliferative effect on primitive hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells. In addition, Flt-3 Ligand enhances the expansion of GM-CSF, IL-4, and TNF-alpha-induced DC cells, and exerts anti-tumor effects by promoting the proliferation, differentiation, and maturation of DC cells, NK cells, and cytotoxic T cells (CTLs) in vivo. Recombinant Human Flt-3 Ligand is expressed by mammalian cells, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level.
