JCP-170
JCP-170, a substituted chloroisocoumarin, is an ABHD6 inhibitor. JCP-170 robustly and reproducibly inhibits metastatic seeding of the murine cell line 0688M and both human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cell lines[1].
