2x RT-LAMP Master Mix with Dye (for-Lyo)

2x RT-LAMP Master Mix with Dye is designed to provide a simple, one-step solution for real-time detection of LAMP/RT-LAMP reactions via fluorescence. LAMP and RT-LAMP are commonly used isothermal amplification techniques that provide rapid detection of a target nucleic acid using LAMP-specific primers (supplied by the user) and a strand-displacing DNA polymerase. This mix contains all necessary components including enzyme mix, dNTPs, fluorescent dye and reaction buffer. Only primers and templates for isothermal amplification need to be added. Amplification results can usually be obtained within 30 minutes. 2x RT-LAMP Master Mix with Dye (for-Lyo) is glycerol-free mix that is pre-formulated with a specialized blend of lyo-excipients, compatible with lyophilization into beads or cakes and are suited for high-throughput, automated platforms requiring millisecond rehydration times.
