Bucindolol hydrochloride is a β-adrenergic receptor antagonist with activity in preventing new-onset atrial fibrillation. Bucindolol hydrochloride can reduce heart rate and the occurrence of bradycardia in patients with heart failure and atrial fibrillation[1].
