NEK7-IN-2 (compound 23) is a potent inhibitor of NLRP3-NEK7 interaction. NEK7-IN-2 can enhance the thermal stability of NEK7 and regulatie NLRP3 inflammasome assembly. NEK7-IN-2 inhibits IL-1β releases[1].
