ZXX2-77

ZXX2-77 is a benzenesulfonanilide derivative that inhibits cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) with an IC₅₀ of 3.2 μM. It shows more potent analgesic activity than aspirin at 30 mg/kg by po. It can be used as a lead compound to develop better COX-1 inhibitors as analgesic agents without gastric disturbance.
