Collect the specimen using the provided swab. Place the swab into the tube containing the sample diluent and mix approximately 10 times. Cut the swab shaft at the indicated groove and allow the swab head to remain in the tube. Close the tube with the dropper cap, then add 4 drops of the prepared specimen to the sample well of the AIV Ag Rapid device. Read the test result after 15 minutes.
