Nectin-1, Human (HEK293, His-Avi)
Nectin-1 Protein mediates cell-cell contacts through homophilic or heterophilic trans-dimer formation, engaging in heterophilic interactions with Nectin-3 and Nectin-4. It also promotes neurite outgrowth. In microbial infection, Nectin-1 serves as a receptor for herpes simplex virus 1 (HHV-1), herpes simplex virus 2 (HHV-2), and pseudorabies virus (PRV) . Nectin-1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived Nectin-1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag.
