Pyrazinib
Pyrazinib is a inhibitor of angiogenesis and metabolism of oesophageal adenocarcinoma (oac) radioresistance, inhibiting the secretion of Il-6, Il-4, Il-8 and Il-13 cytokines from in oac radioresistant cells. Pyrazinib inhibits blood vessel development in zebrafish[1].
