Agarose Molecular Screening 12 has a larger gel network than agarose MS8 and is recommended for separating DNA fragments <1500bp. Higher gel strength than agarose MS6, suitable for use in blotting. Gel strength at 1.5% >2000g/cm2 Gelling temp. 4% <40.5°C Melting temp. 4% <93°C Moisture <7% Ash <0.35% EEO <0.12 Sulphate <0.11%. DNAse/RNAse activity not detected.
