Z-Gly-Pro-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate. Z-Gly-Pro-AMC is hydrolyzed by prolyl endopeptidase to generate highly fluorescent 7-Amino-4-methylcoumarin. (λex=380 nm, λem=465 nm).
