Galiximab (IDEC 114) is a primatized immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) lambda monoclonal antibody directed against the CD80 antigen and blocks CD80–CD28 binding. Galiximab has variable regions are primatized (cynomologous monkeys), and the constant regions are human. Galiximab can be used in research of B-cell lymphoma[1].
