Flavopiridol (Hydrochloride)

Flavopiridol Hydrochloride (Alvocidib Hydrochloride) is a broad inhibitor of CDK, competing with ATP to inhibit CDKs including CDK1, CDK2, CDK4 with IC50s of 30, 170, 100 nM, respectively.
