YM440
YM440 is an orally active oxadiazolidinedione analog. YM440 ameliorates hyperglycemia without changing PPARy activity, adipocyte differentiation, or fat weight. YM440 is used in the study for non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) [1].
