Aam-KTX is a Kv channel inhibitor with IC50 values of 1.1 nM and >750 nM for Kv1.3 and Kv1.1, respectively. Aam-KTX is a toxic peptide obtained from the venom of the scorpion Mesobuthus eupeus. Aam-KTX has potential in autoimmune diseases research[1].
