Enzomenib
Enzomenib is an inhibitor of the menin protein encoded by the multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) gene. Enzomenib can block the binding of the menin protein to mixed lineage leukemia (MLL) fusion proteins and can be used in the study of hematological malignancies[1].
