Lck-IN-3
Lck-IN-3 (compound 7m) is an LCK inhibitor targeting acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that inhibits LCK phosphorylation. Lck-IN-3 can induce cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase, leading to apoptosis in ALL cells[1].
