Butyrate-Vitamin D3 (Butyrate-Cholecalciferol) is a derivative of vitamin D3 in which a hydroxyl group in the vitamin D3 molecule is replaced by a butyric acid group. Butyrate-Vitamin D3 affects gene expression and cell function and has certain anti-inflammatory effects. Butyrate-Vitamin D3 can be used in the study of immune regulation, metabolic diseases and cancer[1].
