HeLa mock lysate perpared in PBS was mixed with recombinant purified ALFA-tagged GFP substrate. The lysate/substrate mixture was incubated with ALFA Selector CE. After washing with PBS, bound proteins were eluted with 1mM ALFA-peptide. Peptide elution under native conditions was efficient at 4°C.
