NovoFast dsRNA ELISA Kit
By using T7 RNA polymerase for In Vitro Transcription (IVT), a large amount of messenger RNA (mRNA) can be prepared for mRNA vaccine drug development and other related studies. During this reaction, double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) were generated due to different reasons such as sequence structure, T7 RNA polymerase and preparation of reaction system. dsRNA is a pathogen-associated molecular pattern (pathogen-associated Molecular pattern) that can be recognized by multiple pattern receptors of cytoplasmic species, triggering activation of immune pathways, leading to translational inhibition and degradation of mRNA vaccines which affects the ultimate safety and effectiveness of the vaccine. Therefore, it is important to identify, quantify and control dsRNA in the process of mRNA vaccine development. This kit uses double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) to detect dsRNA, which can detect and quantify dsRNA residue in mRNA with high sensitivity and specificity.
