DAO-IN-2 is a d-amino acid oxidase (DAO) inhibitor (h-DAO IC50 = 245 nM) . DAO-IN-2 is a moderate inhibitor of DAAO in vitro and in vivo. DAO-IN-2 can be used to study DAAO-related psychiatric disorders[1][2].
