T7 High Yield RNA Transcription Kit

As a biological macromolecule, mRNA can be synthesized on a large scale by in vitro transcription (IVT). T7 promoter is one of the most efficient promoters at present. Therefore, T7 RNA polymerase can be used for in vitro transcription to obtain more synthetic products. This kit is optimized through a series of transcription reaction systems, and the RNA is synthesized by T7 RNA Polymerase from the downstream of the template DNA T7 promoter, which is convenient and fast to operate. This kit can transcribe 150-200μg RNA per reaction, and the synthesized RNA can be used for many downstream applications such as RNA structure and function study, RNA enzyme protection, probe hybridization, RNAi, microinjection, and in vitro translation.
