Human Recombinant Cardiac Troponin I
Troponin I is a subunit of the troponin complex. It confers calcium-sensitivity to striated muscle actomyosin ATPase activity. It is commonly used as a marker for myocardial damage and is detected in the serum if myocardial injury has occurred.
